The Tampa location is equipped with in-house diagnostic imaging including MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound – services most primary care practices in the St. Petersburg area require separate specialist referrals to access. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM.

The Vitality tier ($175/month) adds in-house diagnostic imaging (X-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI) and an annual full heart health assessment. The Longevity tier ($500/month) includes a full panel of preventive screenings – full-body CT, whole body MRI, brain MRI, and virtual colonoscopy – valued at over $10,000 if purchased separately. Children ages 10-17 can be added to any membership for $49/month.
