Membership Plans and Services
What’s included in my Craft Concierge membership?
Your membership includes direct access to your Craft care team, extended appointment times, same-day scheduling… Vitality members meet with a physician at their semiannual reviews, and Longevity members have an assigned physician.
Do I need health insurance if I have a direct primary care membership?
Think of it like this: you don’t need car insurance for an oil change, and with our direct primary care in Tampa, you won’t need health insurance for your everyday healthcare needs. Our membership covers your routine care, freeing up your health insurance for what it’s really meant for—major, unexpected health events. That’s why we suggest keeping it for those rare situations.
How can I choose the right plan for me?
Craft Concierge offers different membership tiers tailored to various healthcare needs. Core is ideal for basic primary care, Vitality offers comprehensive wellness support, and Longevity provides VIP-level care. Review the plan features on the website or speak with our team to decide which suits you best.
How much does a Craft Concierge membership cost?
Membership starts at $149 per month for the Core plan, with Vitality at $229 per month. Longevity pricing varies by location — please contact us.
Can I meet the team before signing up?”
Yes! Craft Concierge offers a complimentary consultation so you can meet your clinician, discuss your needs, and see if the membership model fits your healthcare goals.
What is the duration of my membership?
Memberships are annual and renew every 12 months. You can upgrade, renew, or cancel as per your agreement terms.
How do I sign up for membership?
Joining is easy. Visit our website, select your plan, and complete the enrollment process.
Can I extend or upgrade my membership?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher-tier plan to access additional services. Contact the support team for assistance.
Direct Primary Care
What are the advantages of direct primary care?
Direct primary care offers a simplified, patient-focused approach to healthcare. It eliminates insurance hassles, provides longer appointment times, direct physician communication, and offers transparent, flat-rate pricing for services.
How is direct primary care different from traditional primary care?
Unlike traditional care, direct primary care (DPC) bypasses insurance, providing patients with direct access to their physician, transparent pricing, and more personalized attention. Say goodbye to rushed appointments and unexpected bills.
Do I need health insurance with direct primary care?
While a Craft Concierge membership covers most primary care needs, health insurance is recommended for specialist visits, hospitalizations, and other non-included services. Think of your membership as a complement to traditional insurance.
Is a membership required to see a doctor?
Non-members can book an individual visit for $199. The fee covers the visit only; any labs, imaging, or additional testing are billed separately at our member rates.
Who can benefit from Craft Concierge?
Craft Concierge is ideal for individuals and families seeking personalized, convenient, and high-quality healthcare without the constraints of insurance networks. Employers can also benefit by offering memberships as a healthcare perk for employees.
What happens if I need urgent care?
Most urgent care needs can be addressed directly through your membership. Services like sick visits, COVID testing, and minor procedures are included. Just contact your doctor, even during evenings or weekends.
Where are your offices located?
