Absolutely, we highly recommend they keep all providers in the loop about care plans and results that you get from Craft Concierge.

Craft Concierge manages the referral process for specialists or services outside of our practice. For hospital visits, emnployees need to use their employer sponsored insurance plan. Our staff will fax any records directly to the hospital when needed.

There shouldn’t be any conflicts with other benefit solutions or vendors. We’re happy to provide records with proper release forms.
